2.3 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.4 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING
3.1 All prices EXCLUDE VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price inclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you are a consumer (someone who is not dealing in the course of a business) and you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.3 below.
4.2 If you are a business customer, you may only cancel an accepted order with our consent on such terms as we shall determine, which may include, but shall not be limited to, the payment of a cancellation fee.
4.3 If you are a consumer, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. This right of return does not apply to business customers, unless the goods are in breach of any warranty contained in our terms and conditions. Please also refer to Shipping And Handling, below.
4.4 If you are a consumer, upon receipt of the goods from you we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (excluding any delivery charge) or an exchange credit as required.
4.5 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) in the event that the product has been used;
(b) in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed or a click-wrap product has been downloaded from the internet or, where the software has been provided on an initial trial basis, where you have subsequently been provided with an activation/licence key to use the software after the initial trial period;
(c) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you;
(d) where you are a business customer, rather than a consumer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept credit / debit card payments, and all charges are made in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. You may also send your card information via phone, fax, surface mail or over the Internet. Please do not use e-mail containing credit card details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
